vercingetorix1966 As much as I like their other albums, they don't beat this one. It was an instant classic due to subject matter, lyrics, musicianship, and production. I've been listening to heavy music for 43 years, and this is one of the best debut albums ever, in my opinion. Favorite track: Advancing Once More.

Püttkieker Hail of Bullets continue with 'Of Frost and War' where Asphyx left off with 'The Last One on Earth'. This is by far Hail Of Bullets best ever effort. All recordings after the debut album are not bad, but really didn't cut it for me. This one is a modern classic in the making. Favorite track: The Lake Ladoga Massacre.

Mandisi Nkomo One of the most horrific pieces of art I have ever heard, describing the horrors humanity inflicts on one another. Favorite track: Berlin.

grungiernine0 One of the best albums to worship at the altar of the old-school. One of the few supergroups to actually live up to expectations.

Chunky riffs, well executed melodies, and van Drunen's vocals are the real drawing points.

(And good God that guitar tone) Favorite track: General Winter.
